Our staff members consist of licensed therapists and qualified mental health professionals who share a passion and dream to enrich the lives of our youth and their families.

Changing Fazes, Inc. has collaborated and contracted with several community agencies, in multi-jurisdictions, to provide services that emphasize building character, individual respect, self-esteem, and self-assurance. Changing Fazes, Inc. is licensed by the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services and is an approved provider for the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, Commonwealth of Virginia Comprehensive Services Act, and the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice.
