Changing Fazes, Inc. has been providing mental health services since 2003 that focus on

individual growth and advancement. We focus on enhancing the abilities of our clients through

direct treatment, skills-building training, and supportive services. We believe healthy families

foster the development of  strong communities, which change the world.  

     Changing Fazes, Inc. is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental

Services (DBHDS) to provide Outpatient Counseling, Mental Health Support, and Intensive in-

home counseling. Changing Fazes, Inc. is an enrolled Medicaid provider for the Virginia

Department of Medical Assistance Services, Commonwealth of Virginia Comprehensive Services

Act, and the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice. We also accept several

private insurance plans and offer reduced fees for clients without insurance coverage.     

     Changing Fazes, Inc. has collaborated and contracted with several community agencies, in

multi-jurisdictions, to provide services that emphasize building character, individual respect,

self-esteem, and self- assurance.  Changing Fazes, Inc. management and personnel team has over

twenty years of direct experience and possesses a vast array of clinical skills and expertise. Our

staff members consist of licensed therapists and qualified mental health professionals who share

a passion and dream to enrich the lives of  our clients.
